Wizeview uses artificial intelligence to automate and organize information collected during home visits, supporting the management of medically complex populations at the lowest cost per encounter.

CareTree is an online collaboration platform to improve caregiver operations and communication with families. They replace the paper records in the home health and senior care industries with an online portal that centralizes information and automates communication with care stakeholders (be it the individual, caregivers, family, or doctors).
Epharmix helps care management teams improve health outcomes by engaging high and rising-risk patients. Their scalable and automated call and text platform collects patient-reported health status between regular visits to identify rising-risk patients, enabling clinical teams to prevent costly hospitalizations.
